How Do I Get Property Information On My Home?
Answers
I am not quite sure what you mean by property information, on your home, if by this, you mean. The plan of the house, former owners, alterations or title deeds, your local planning department, normally located in the town council building, is the place to go.
They can give you or point you towards all the information pertaining to your property, including old out of date archive records. However, if you want to find out about how to list your home, to sell it in the property pages, a local estate agent may help you with that, choose one that can organise a proper visit and valuation of your property ,and offers a professional service, including arranging surveys.

Go to the Property Tax site for your city. Type the responses as requested, i.e., address of property, or owner of property. Usually the tax roll gives the size of the heated area of the dwelling, the plat number and square footage/ acreage, Record book page and number, date and transaction price of last purchase, legal description of property, Real Estate Number, owner's name and address, if different from physical address, property use, neighborhood/section/township, map panel, construction medium (block, brick, wood frame, etc.). Of course, it also gives land value, improvement value, market value, assessed value, exempt value and taxable value. It should break down the property tax as to how much goes to school tax, district tax, voted tax, etc. Some sites will give you the amount of tax paid in the previous year. There is a wealth of information on this site. It is a good source of info if you are considering purchasing a home and want to know more before you make a committment.
