How Should I Prepare My Hair For A Perm?
I am getting a perm the day after tomorrow, but i have no idea what i should do to prepare my hair for all of these chemicals. I think my hair is very healthy, and all though i do dye my hair, i have not dyed it in 3 or 4 months. Is there anything i need to do to make my hair extra healthy?

Vitamin D is the main source of strength for your hair. But if they are already healthy as you say, there is nothing that you should do. Just relax and wait for the new look.
