I always cover my nails with black nail polish.
So while i was shopping , one woman came next to me and said the black nail polish brings bad luck to the person who put it..
I wanna know if that's right !!

That is not true. This woman doesn't know what she is talking about and should mind her own business.

No it is not. I used to wear black polish on my toes and make little polka dots in them, and paint them different colors on each toe and have fun with nail polish and it never brought me bad luck. I also never heard that.

I have never heard such a thing. Besides that is just ones opinion. If you like then wear it. If others don't like it then they should keep their opinions to themselves if they weren't asked for their opinion.
