This Question Needs Answering:
What Part Of A Teaspoon Is One Quarter Oz.?
I am trying to find out how to measure 1/4 oz. When all I have to measure with is a tea spoon set measuring 1/4, 1/2, and 1 teaspoon.

To get a quarter you simply take a spoonful, then use a knife and level the stuff on the teaspoon (so its flat) then half the remainder and that's your quarter!
