My Washer Won't Drain Or Spin Out, Why?

I can wash a load of laundry with no problem but I can get it to drain or spin out. I looked underneath to see if any thing is loose or broken everything looks fine can't locate the belt.

I had the same problem. My husband took the spin dial and just spun and spun it. He says sometimes the connection points get corroded and need to be cleaned.  If that doesn't work do what I did... I got mad and slammed the lid down and smacked the area where the dials are located and low and behold it started working..LOLOLOL..It's drained and it done the spin out cycles ever since... Must have been a loose wire that got smacked back in place...LOLOLOL..

Well there is a possibility that the pump is gone or the motor is out of order. Check the lines and re-install them. Check the drain holes some times which it is block the machine have such kind of problems. At times when you put lots of load on the machine then the machine stop draining or spinning.

If the problem is still there then ask the technician to check it for you.
