There is no assured diet as such. The only thing in this world that can make you lose your fat is good, healthy, food. Here, in india we believe in having healthy food and have a lot of vegetables and we eat quite well. Therefore we are quite fit here. Besides this we have to have some hobby. When i tell hobby i mean external hobby. Something like swimming, badminton, tennis, football or even cricket. If you do any one of this on a daily basis for at least half an hour you will find a change in you. Since i go swimming, my coach tells me to drink lots of water in the middle of a workout so as to reduce weight. If we take these small points into consideration we really can work towards that goal of making ourselves fit. It is not only about making ourselves look puny but the whole idea is to be hale and hearty.

Regular physical activity and healthy eating are the foundation of a good diet. Whether trying to lose weight, or simply eat healthy, one should always consume minimal calories for their needs and be sure to obtain their calories from healthy sources. Cutting out extra fats and sugar from the diet and regularly exercising, one will undoubtedly notice physical changes.
