Is An Adoption Legal When The Biological Father Is Not Notified? The Child Was Conceived In The Act Of Adultery.
The biological father was never notified or unaware that he had child.

So the biological father was not supporting the child and I would imagine that his name did not appear on the birth certificate as well? Yes, the child can be put up for adoptions legally without consent of the biological father.

This is rather sketchy question. I believe each state has it's own laws and regulations regarding this matter. You may need to check with an attorney in your state before proceeding. If you are going through a legitimate and reputable adoption agency, they will know what your state laws are.
