I need to do a project on a country that has violated provisions of the Declaration in some way. Which country will be the best for the topic to select?Where can you find information about this? Please help me, Thanks!~:)

I suppose you are referring to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which is an advisory declaration that is adopted by the United Nations General Assembly. It was created in the year 1948. Actually there are many countries of the world who are violating the acts of this declaration in one way or another and due to absence of any reporting structure, we never get to know about them.
