Answer Question

Cheese basically is solid food created from the milk of cows, goats, sheep or other animals. Cheese is produced by curdling milk with the help of a mixture of rennet and acidification.

To make cheese from goat milk you will require one gallon of goat milk, ½ cup vinegar and 1 tsp of salt. Start with heating the milk at 190 degrees Fahrenheit. You might require a thermometer for other cheeses but you can get here by putting the heat off just before the milk starts to boil. Now put vinegar to this mixture and let it cool. When the mixture has cooled of, pour it into a strainer and strain off the whey.

Pour the residue into a bowl and add salt to it and mix well, you can also add little cream to this mixture to attain a silky texture, next leave it for settling.
