Third you can use Bluetooth device for uploading pictures. For Bluetooth your cell phone must support these Bluetooth connection ports. First install driver of Bluetooth and connect you Bluetooth device to you computer  then install the software which can support Bluetooth connection. Turn on you Bluetooth port from you cell phone and then transfer you picture from your cell phone to you computer.
