What Are Good Swimming Exercises? (For Out Of The Water)

My team pool is sort of far away so I can't go there all the time for extra practice so I was wondering what some good dryland excises are. Please leave a description of how to do it because I do not now a lot of exercises.

    The only thing i can think of is dry land that is when you do like push ups and all that  boot camp stuff and run laps we do that for swim team

      Working your upper body is the most important. Push-ups, pull-ups, crunches, sit-ups, and mainly arm workouts. The lower body is important too, but not as important. I suggest running, or riding a bike up a large steep hill. Good luck!!!!!!!
