Visual Kei is basically a Japanese music genre that is unique because of its particular sound, use of glam-rock, punk and metal. The most distinguishing characteristics of Visual Kei is the strong emphasis of artists on their style of dressing as they use eccentric and flamboyant looks by using makeup, unusual hairstyles and elaborate costumes. The site that you have mentioned above is the key source of information on Visual Kei. I believe it would play an important role in bringing this side of Japanese Music to the world and would in turn make their music popular in all cultures.
