Does D Drive On An Acer Take Over After C Is Full?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

No. You have to physically move the data from C to D. Simply open (my)computer twice. Open the C: Drive, RIGHT Click on the files and folders you want to move and drag them to the D: Drive. Click on Move instead of Copy and the files are automatically transferred to the D: Drive.

Don't try to move Windows, Programs, Common Files or any other program from the C to D drive. That operation will make the program very unstable.
