Who Is Max? What Is His Role In The Story "The Killers?"

    The Killer is one of the most read short stories of all time. "The Killers" was written by the famous story writer and novelist Ernest Hemingway. He depicts 2 persons in the story who want to kill a third person to oblige their friend.

    These two persons were killers and they came into a restaurant where it was reported that their expected victim is used to come for the dinner. In that story the name of one killer is Max. Max and his partner both had played a very thrilling and vital role in that story. They didn't show their identity.

    Max especially passed and investigate about different things regarding the restaurant workers and he also order them to confine themselves and pretend others that nothing has happened in the restaurant. So this was the role of Max in the story "The Killers" and he was depicted extremely well as a killer by the E.Hemingway. Later on Max threatened the workers in the restaurant. And he also uses sarcastic remarks about the workers and counter attendant. The basic role of Max was a murderer in the story.
