Is Lower Abdomen Pain Alone Will Finalise My Pregnancy?
I'm getting regular periods for the past 3 months i.e before 38 days but this time is missing my cycle without any symptoms expect lower Abdomen pain! (more than 45days). Is lower abdomen pain alone will finalise my pregnancy?

Normal cycle length is 26-32 days. A 38 days cycle is not normal. Lower abdominal pain is not authentic sign of pregnancy because many disorders can cause lower abdominal pain.
Lower abdominal pain can also be few days before and during the periods due to increased levels of prostaglandins. In my opinion, you should get pregnancy test if you are suspecting.

It could be a symptom of pregnancy, but it could also be a symptom of something else. I would take a test and if it comes back negative, I would suggest you see your Dr.
