I'm having a hard time getting pregnant and would like some help on what works and what positions I should do or something..?

Positions and other things during sex are secondary. First thing is normal hormonal levels. Get investigation of hormones like estrogen, progesterone and prolactin.The get ultrasound on 12th day of periods to know expected date of ovulation and status of cysts in ovary. Your partner should have normal sperm count. Straight lying position is best. Don't go to bathroom immediately after sex. Wait for 15-20 minutes.

What if I don't have the money to do all that. Some people don't have the good income level and I am most definitely one of them. I don't have insurance right now. But it is something Is working on.
Firstly i apologize for the shocking first answer some people have no class and secondly as long as you are both in good health you should be having intercourse 2 to 3 times a week in Oder to conceive and you should be taking folic acid as soon as you plan to become pregnant ask your GP for the right dosage also you take it for three months after conception has occurred take care
