    Communication is an art that allows you to put your opinion across. Communication across departments or even within your own department can breed confidence in you and strengthen social as well as work relationships. The strength of a united team working in one direction is what fosters growth in the long run and makes any campaign successful. When you choose where to work its the people around you you need to mingle with, its like your second home where you spend a good 8-10 hours everyday. Without being able to communicate you will just be considered an opinion-less person who cares little about what is going on in his surroundings. Communication is about expressing oneself, showing others the wealth of knowledge you possess. The socialization tactics in a workplace which include mentoring where a senior person guides a new employee also has communication at its core. Mentoring is not possible without proper free-flowing communication and if proper mentoring exists within an organization it will give remarkable results in terms of over well-being of the organization or department.
