Take a quality B-Complex, at least 100mg. Cal-Mag or calcium and magnesium. Go for walks putting your attention out onto physical things, trees, houses, etc. Also do physical type activities, gardening, woodworking, or sports. Eat right--meat and veggies, olive oil, drink plenty of clean water--spring water, and get plenty of rest.

See your doctor and have them prescribe you something to ease the withdrawal symptoms. There are certain medications which are considered the "protocol" for withdrawals. I had my doc prescribe them when I was going through withdrawals. They usually will prescribe the protocol for 7-10 days.
