What Is The Average Amount That Creditors Will Accept As A Settlement Payment?

I need to make settlement payments with creditors (credit cards and collection agencies) and I don't know what the percent is that I should offer. Can you help???

That will depend upon the creditors, you can negotiate with them and fixed upon an amount. But from my point of view it would be beneficial if you can settle you debts through a debt consolidation company as they are the experts in that field and more often they know your creditors and so can negotiate and reduce the amount more, it can be reduced sometimes above 50%.
