One of the side effects of clomiphene is twins. But chances are poor. Being ethical pharmaceutical product, companies mention all side effects even which are rare. So, as this side effect is rare but possible, you may or may not get twin with the use of this drug.

My husband and I tried for almost two years to become pregnant, without results. So, my doctor suggested clomid, he told me that with clomid there's a ten percent chance of having twins. Well, I became pregnant- with twins! They are now almost five years old, and I love them to pieces! But, don't let this mislead you, I was just in that 10 percent- I know several women who have taken clomid and had one baby.-hope this helps
