If your dog is that big, probably not. Our dog weighed less than that and ate a bunch of my dark chocolate squares on two separate occasions and was fine. It was accidental and we kept an eye on him right after but he was okay. Bigger dogs will usually be fine. Just don't make it a habit because chocolate is not good for them. There's no reason to panic or be paranoid. It happens with many dog people. No vet i've ever known has told me of a case where a dog they saw regularly died from chocolate. It's rare.

Probaly not  my dog weighs 20 pounds and ate chocolate. Dont worry she or he will be fine.just dont let it become a habit.
