You could lower the graphics settings for one. Decrease the screen resolution in the game. Or lower the range that you can view objects - thus meaning less objects will load.
Get a faster internet connection.
Improve your computer's CPU, RAM and graphics card.
Sadly though even these changes might not increase the performance as it doesn seem naturally laggy.
