Could A Horse Travel 3000 Miles With Rider In 8 Months And Not Hurt The Horse?

Answer Question

Not very likely - you'd have to average 12.5 miles a day and that might be hard to do.  If you horse was in very good shape and you had made prior arrangements for it's feed and care along the way, and you had lined up several good farriers to take care of his feet it's not impossible but you would have to be very dilligent about his feed and care.
