Because they were forced to have sex, by his father, john shakespeare. Then, ann was going to have a baby, so they had to get married. Then the baby was is....so they drowned it in water. And then they had twins and one of them died because it had sex, caught a disease and died.(i think it was at age 5/7?)

Because they had unfortunate sex and were forced to marry because in those days when you got a lady pregnant before marriage you often had to marry them to take care of the child.
