    Now-a-days organizations are spending lots of efforts and money to project themselves as socially responsible organizations in the eyes of its customers. To be a socially responsible organization not only increases the legitimacy in the eyes of general public but also allows the organization to improve its internal processes. When an organization decides to be socially responsible and takes decision not to indulge in immoral activities, it has to revisit its corporate strategy in order to inculcate same ethical values in its employees as well. Organizations want to be projected themselves as socially responsible because they want to develop trust between the customers and themselves. It helps them to attract investors, customers, general public, media and overall increases the reputation of the company. It is expected that socially responsible organizations will have more internal control and fair practices among the employees, will produce more quality and environment friendly products and will be more respectable in the eyes of its stakeholders.
