Why Did My Cat Urinate In The House After 8 Years Of Being House Broken?

She is 8 years old and has always loved the outdoors. She knows how to ask to go out and how to knock on the door when she is ready to come in. She has never done her business inside until yesterday. For a couple of days now she has not wanted to go outside, I've have to actually put her out. Then I actually saw her pee on the bathroom floor. She hasn't done it again. I am puzzled by this.

Common medical causes of inappropriate urination include urinary tract infection, kidney infection, bladder stones, diabetes, kidney disease, and stress.  Inappropriate urination can also have behavioral causes.
The first step is to have your cat examined by a veterinarian, have a urinalysis, bloodwork run, and if need an x-ray or ultrasound.  Hopefully there is a medical cause and this can be treated appropriately.  If all the tests are all normal then behavioral causes are considered.  Has the cat's environment or schedule changed?  Behavior problems are treated with behavior modification and behavior medication.
While you and your veterinarian are figuring out the underlying cause you may want to temporarily have a litterbox inside for your cat to use.

The litter box might have been too dirty for the cat, or maybe you did something to make the cat mad.

Thanks for your answer but she doesn't use a litter box. As I said in my question description, she knows how to ask to go outside and come back in. I know cats will do strange things when they are mad at you, but she is not mad at me...she still likes to jump in my lap and snuggle. That hasn't changed.
