What Are The 10 Best Exercises?

    Not sure what are the 10 best, I know that I burn a lot of calories when I go to Spin class, to me it's the best. After that I like climbing, surfing and snow boarding.

      There are many exercises available to make various routines to follow.  I recommend the following to build your core muscles and increase overall strength.  You should always work with light weights and have very gradual increases.  One injury can put a halt to all of your exercising.

      Running
      Swimming
      Squats
      Lunges
      Sit-ups
      Shoulder Press
      Curls
      Dips
      Push-ups
      Pull-ups


      Many of the above mentioned exercises require some equipment.  If none is available, be creative and modify some exercises to be performed in a public park that may offer up a set of monkey bars, etc.
