Why Am I So Fat And Ugly Except My Lips And Eyes?
I cannot lose weight unless I do my dance CD. I would like to lose weight in another way, Is there another way? Please I really need this!help.

Why do you say this- that you are fat and ugly? I doubt is that is true, but if you need to lose weight to build your self esteem, I know many people who have good results with weight watcher. GOd bless.

There are a lot of websites and training centers which actually can help you reduce your weight. No body is ugly, you have just put a little fat on you, and you will loose it.
There are a lot many things you will be required to do. Like controlling sugar, oily meals etc and eating food with low fats and better nutrition like vegetables. Along with it some walk and regular exercise. Join some slimming center.
