What's Better, The Beach Or The Mountains, And Why?

Answer Question

The beach its more romantic and its cooler. You could do more such as go swimming, boating, tubing, get a tan, fishing or just show off you looks if your single you could look around and see if there anyone you would like  to meet or look at..If you wanted to bring the family it could be a fun thing for them to  a your  family  could spend time together ,more relaxing...

The Mountains it would keep you in shape but the other side of it to think about is you'll be sweating and hot and very sore.....plus cold....

There both great places  but I think the best is the beach....

It depends on what you want to do.  It's not likely you can go skiing at the beach, and often too cold to sunbathe at the mountains.

But given the choice, I'd rather live at the beach than on a mountain.

It all depends on what you like. I prefer to travel to the beach, because I live right next to the Rocky Mountain Range. If you want to go fishing, hiking, rock climbing, or camping, I would recommend the mountains. If you want to sunbathe, swim, go boating or snorkeling, I would recommend the beach. The mountains are very beautiful in the fall, it would be a great place to take some pretty and/or romantic pictures. I hope this helps!

I love the Mountains in North Carolina. I lived there for only 2 months, but had to move back to Michigan years back.....I loved it there, so pretty....Trees, forests, and the birds and animals......Love to hike and take it all in......Hopefully not too far from now, my husband now of 6 years, and I will be moving down there......He happens to be from North Carolina. That's Andy Griffith's home state! It is so peaceful there.....Yes the beach is also pretty, and nice to visit, but I could stay forever in the mountains and the forest!.....

Both places are wonderful.  I guess the beach is not so great when you are having a hurricane or sunami.  Beaches have the wonderful sounds of the waves rolling into shore.  They are at sea level which I think is where people feel their best.  Plus looking out over the ocean in all its many moods is so entertaining and restful.  The mountains are great also but the altitude is hard to adjust to and I think most people feel out of sorts in high altitudes.  But then snow sports are so much fun.
