How Do Enzymes Help Us?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

They reduce the energy of activation required for chemical reactions that are required to maintain a living creature, and occasionally couple an endothermic reaction with an exothermic reaction, allowing the endothermic reaction to proceed.  This allows us to make molecules we need, and break down molecules we don't need.
