Can Your Landlord Evict You Due To Weather ( In The Winter)?

Answer Question

2 Answers - Sort by: Date | Rating

If you are asking that he can evict you because of the weather, no, absolutely not. But if he is evicting in the winter time, yes, he can if there is reason. Damage to the property, unpaid rent monies, noise, all kinds of things. Hope this helps, good luck to you.
