I'm A Dutch Citizen. Will My Child Get A British Passport If I Just Go To UK And Give Birth?

Basically I am a Dutch passport holder by birth but I'm brought up in Pakistan since I was child. Now I'm married in Pakistan to a Pakistani citizen studying in UK. He is on a student visa there.
My first question is:
1.If I move to UK with him, Is there any way for him to get British Citizenship through my Dutch nationality without my working in Uk? While he has a good job there at the moment.
2. If I just go UK to give birth, will my child get British passport straight away?
