Carbohydrates give you energy, like pasta, fruits and vegetables,beans and whole grains. Lean proteins are good too. But what really helped me to have more energy was exercise and that is probably the last thing you want to do because you are so tired. You have to start out slow and gradually increase your time,but you will be amazed how much better you will feel.

You may need to have your sugar checked by a doctor, just to be on the safe side .diabetes have lots of symptoms and yours are some of them.
