My turtles are not eating the pellets that were given to us at the time of purchase?

Are the pellets small as well. I know that pellets come in different sizes. Also do not overfeed.

What kind of turtle is it? Mine needed lots of protein and it got most of it from bloodworms. it is an aquatic turtle, it ate a lot of fish and bloodworms. If its a herbivore then i would try shaved carrots, lettuce, squash, etc.
