When Is The Brighton Festival?

The Brighton Festival takes place in England during the month of May. The location for this arts festival is the city of Brighton and Hove. There are organised processions with literary, musical, theatric themes all put together with pyrotechnics and the likes. There is also a special children's parade that is organised.

In one of the rare events that take place at this fest is the Open House concept, when craftsmen and artists actually leave their houses opens so that the public can take a tour of them and buy whatever they like.

Since it is one of England's most famous festival theater groups also prefer to stage their first shows here.  It is said to be the biggest arts festival in the whole of England.In the year 2006 alone the festival was saw close to 50,000 visitors over a span of 23 days.
