My Car Was Repossessed And There Was A Deficiency. What Do They Do Now? I Don't Have Any Money.
Can't make a lump sum payment. I'm going into the Army Reserves in 3 weeks and don't want this to effect my future. Would set up a payment plan but they won't accept it. What can they do and what can I do?

They can sue you and put the debt on your credit record. There are no debtors prisons in the USA so this is about the extent of the harassment. You may want to contact the Bar where you live and they can refer you to a low-cost or free consultation with an attorney to get a more definitive answer.
