    Sign up for a calorie counter online. Most of them are free. You can then log all of your calories that you consume in a day and you can then learn to choose better foods. You will not only loose weight you will learn about all the crap that we put in our bodies.
    Find an exercise that you enjoy that is easy to stick to. A combination of eating right and exercise will do the trick.
