You need to buy some formula from your pet food store or veterinarian. Some examples are Lafeber's Emerald II, or Nutri-Start Hand-Feeding Formula, and Kaytee Exact Handfeeding Formula. The formula will come with instructions on how to prepare it. I would recommend going and speaking to your vet anyway so they can give you some advice on feeding. Very young birds need to be kept warm and young birds and birds that are unwilling to mouth feed will need to be tube fed. This is done by passing a flexible piece of tubing attached to a syringe down into the bird's crop. Your vet can give you some instruction and perhaps supply some equipment.
