Could you live with a medium/light sage green? Not too grey. Not too minty? Hold some green swatches against the latte and see what you think. The white cabinets will prevent any sense of dullness and you could eventually accent with some tomatoe (blue-based) reds in your accessories.

I have white kitchen cabinets and a latte den and we painted our kitchen and breakfast room a med. To light pink. I took a while to find the right shad but it looks so pretty together.
