Does Anybody Have A Recipe For Chicken Parm With Pasta?

    This is very simple to do. You can either make your own sauce or you can buy a 4 cheese sauce. If you're just starting buy a better brand of sauce. (Bova, hunts, delmonte) to start, get chicken breast. Place between two sheets of wax paper, take a mallet (or heavy pan) and flatten to 1/2 inch. Make sure that all of the chicken is equal thickness. Make an egg and milk mixture(1/4 cup of milk to every 6 eggs) get bread crumbs put in bowl .Now dip breast into egg mixture then into the bread crumbs, do it again (egg mixture, bread crumbs) double dipping. You will need oil in a frying pan(cast iron if you have one, they hold a more even heat) preheat the oil( to tell if the oil is hot enough , drop a piece of the bread crumb into the oil , it will bubble when hot enough) cook the chicken unit done (brown on both sides, don't forget to turn the chicken when brown(light) ) place the chicken on a baking sheet (oven should be preheated to 350) put sauce on the chicken.(apron 1/4 cup  to 1/3 of cup per piece) now take fresh Pam. Cheese and place on top of the sauce(one to two slices) place in oven from 10 to 15 min, until the cheese just starts to brown off. Now for the pasta, get a gool ling. Boil until its done the way you like it (el-dente)place the pasta on the plate then place the pram on the pasta, garnish with fresh basil leaves (whole, not broken) garlic bread, 1 loaf of an Italian bread. Slice in half (long ways) put olive oil on each half, sprinkle with basil, oregano, and just a tough of cheese. Brown off. A simple salad. Dinners ready to serve.
