Lease Agreement To Be Terminated Due To Peace Disturbances, Can A Renter Break The Lease With Out Landlord Taking Us To Court?
Lease agreement. We are being woke up at different times of the night and in the early am. I have had the police come to tell the group to leave after the 12:00 midnight closing of the pool. We have slamming doors below us. Persons running and jumping from stair ways and landings. We have been trying to get out of the lease due to the prolmes since early April and we moved in on March 1, The landlord knows about our complaints and now the association knows.

You might have to call the police several more times, and document them so the landlord knows about them. You might try calling(the landlord) when the noise is so loud and see if the like getting woke up in the middle of the night. I believe if there is enough problems and the landlord doesn't take care of the problem you have to right to take him to court to break the lease.
