This stuff is toxic obviously, you shouldn't be seeking help on home remedies, I'm not trying to be mean, I'm just saying that you need to get them to the vet. Good luck.

Bathe both cats again in warm water with a few drops of Dawn dish washing liquid.  Dawn kills fleas on contact and will remove the harmful spray from the cats.  Air out the house so that the spray will dissipate faster.  Make sure the cats are drinking lots of fresh water to flush their systems.  If they won't drink, try force feeding them fresh water with a dropper or needless syringe for a day or two.  Good luck.
