Install Light Pack On Electric Ceiling Fan?
lights work before installing on fan but do not work when wired to fan. instructions seem simple, but can't achieve results.

It is because you've connected the different wires and it either burnt the lights or did not work. You just need to change the wires in the way they are connected to fan and your lights will work. Just connect the same colors wires together.
