Dont bite do not use the ends of your fingers for anything dont put on nail polish and you can soak in warm water for 10 mins, take them out and wait for 7 mins ( dont dry them with a towel or anything, just let them dry naturally), soak in warm vinegar for 10 mins take out, dont dry them with a towel or anything, just let them dry naturally, and thats all the info i can give.
