No, he can't. Children stay with their mothers unless a court has ruled otherwise. If your daughter's boyfriend becomes violent or threatening you need to contact the police.

No way!! He would have to prove your daughter unfit in order to take the baby. Besides, I think the judge would also be pretty interested in his decision to be with your 16 yr old. To be safe I'd check into getting custody through a court.

Absolutely! He's guilty of statutory rape anyway! Tell him that! You could have his butt thrown in jail TODAY! If he dares to try to take that child anywhere, let him know what his fate will be - not only kidnapping, but rape too!
But you should have never let him move in in the first place! Why are you kicking him out? What's your daughter saying about all of this? Seems like he's a pretty bad father anyway! Tell him that too!
