    Sag Harbour basically is a small village located in the Suffolk County, New York, based in the United States. According to the census conducted in the year 2000 the total population of this village was said to be 2,313.

    The three fifth portion of Sag Harbour is located in Southampton and the remaining two fifth is portion is situated in East Hampton. The separating line is known as the Division Street which converts to the Town Line Road towards the northern section of the city.

    The census report of 2000 also stated that the total area of this region was 6.4 square kilometres out of which 4.5 square kilometres was land and 1.9 square kilometres was water, the population density was estimated at 435.9 per square kilometres.
