Does He Fancy Me?
We do get on very well but if he says something nice about me he looks at the floor. His eye contact is excellent up to this point. He said yesterday I think YOUR ace because....then quickly changed it to I think IT'S ace because.... Whilst looking at the floor again. He compliments me every time I see him. He checked that I was living alone and asked if I was scared at night or lonely. He also pointed out that we all need somebody close. What do you think?

It sounds like he fancies you, yes. He also sounds quite shy, so if you are interested in him, you may have to take things a bit gently. If you chat to him, are friendly and maybe have a drink together, he will probably feel more confident.

I agree with wordy. He sounds bashful. Let him take it at his own pace but give him the odd nudge now and again to keep the momentum going. Remember, a boy chases a girl until SHE catches him. :)
