Info Needed On Setting Up A Creative Writing Forum.

I'm in the process of starting a forum for creative writers I met at summer school and on a recent on-line course. Does anyone have views/ideas on ground rules and methods to establish a supportive but workable forum? I don't want to encourage 'ego polishing' nor do I want critiquing to be over rigerous. All of the people involved have done some creative writing and had a few rejection slips, so are not beginners. Help please.

Hi sanavid, thanks for responding. Yes, I shall do my best to control the quality of the people who join the forum. I suspect a lot of groups/forums fail because of the inequality of those submitting work. cheers kez.
