    Exercise is any physical activity which is useful in enhancing and maintaining the physical fitness and overall health of a person.

    There are actually three types of exercises depending on their effect on human body. These are:

    - Aerobic Exercises: These exercises focus on increasing the cardiovascular endurance of a person. This includes cycling, swimming, running etc.

    - Flexibility Exercises: This exercises are aimed at improving the range of muscles and joints motion. Such as stretching.

    - Anaerobic Exercises: These exercises are meant for increasing the short term muscle strength in a person such as weight training, sprinting etc.
