Can A Landlord Give You An Eviction Notice On The Day Rent Is Due?
The home I am renting is going into foreclosure I have paid rent every month on time. Since I received this information. I do not want to pay rent because I will need the money to move ,my landlord after we had some words put an eviction notice on my door

Most likely he/she can, but it is a good idea to read up on the eviction rules in your area so just type in where you live ______ eviction and or where you live ____ landlord tenant laws and you should find all the info you need... Or you can tell where you live and I'll look it up for you your choice.

Tough area, contact the landlord/tenant board and talk to them about this, I would really just look for another place, and continue to work with the landlord/tenant board. Hope this helps, good luck to you.
